There are no rules when you come to Replenish but please read these guidelines to make sure you get the most from your time with us.

Spa Opening Hours

Monday-Friday 10am - 8pm
Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 6pm.

(We may be able to facilitate Residential Guests outside these hours by request)

Arrival Time
Guests are advised to arrive 20 minutes before the treatment commences. If guests are late for their appointment the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment.

What to Bring
All Guests will be provided with a luxury bathrobe, towel, slippers. You are advised to wear comfortable, loose and easy to change clothes. Please leave your valuables at home or in a safe as we are not responsible for lost items.

Replenish Etiquette
As a courtesy to other guests and to preserve the ambiance of the Spa we request that guests switch off their mobile phones and leave them in the locker area.

Medical Conditions
Please note that all treatments and packages are booked subject to medical status. Each treatment will have contra indications; suitability of treatments will be confirmed on arrival at the Spa during a consultation with your Therapist. If treatments are unsuitable we will endeavour to offer alternatives where possible.

Booking Information
Demand for treatments is high and to ensure availability of the treatments you require you are advised to book in advance. All major credit/debit cards, will be required at time of booking. This is to secure the booking and nothing will be debited from the guests account.

Our highly trained Spa reception team are available to assess your individual needs and recommend the most suitable treatments.

Share your Spa experience with someone special! Within your hectic lifestyle make time for yourself and that special someone to enjoy a luxurious, pampering experience. With our specifically designed Couples Treatment room choose from our extensive range of Massage Therapies to enjoy together in one room.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your booking. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the treatment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to booking. No shows and on the day of the day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.

Groups of 3 or more: 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 3 days.

Gift Cards
For something totally unique and beautifully presented we provide Replenish gift cards which are redeemable against any Spa therapy, package or products. Our Spa Reservations will be delighted to assist you if you need advise.
